I was reminded this past week that I need to be flexible with my routine. My reminders came to me when technology didn’t work, when healthy food choices were not as easily available while traveling, and when my schedule was adjusted due to things that were out of my control. Frustrating!…Right!?!?!
My encouragement is this: take a few moments to pause and take a deep breath, allowing yourself a moment to process the change. Reach out to others for support if needed; talking it through can help you find solutions that you may not have considered. With a little bit of planning, you can make the best out of any situation.
